Mr. Woosley was absolutely professional! He delivered services that parallel to a luxury standard. Throughout the shopping experience, he made assure that our concerns were properly addressed. I hate dealing for cars because often times it is not only time consuming but the dealers always want you to come in to haggle with you which usually ends up being a big waste of time. They may not use the "my pleasure" slogan at Ruznak but their excellent customer service says it for them. Clinton Woosley is a super cool no pressure happy-go-lucky guy that loves his job and serving customers and Andrew Lascano is the man. Andrew makes visiting the service dept painless and cool. My next car will most likely come from Ruznak; especially since my wife wants a Levante
