I began my career in the Automobile Industry as a mechanic, then moved on to Auto Body Repair and Painting, before moving into the Sales Department. My extensive background has afforded me a rather unique perspective of the industry and motivates me to provide a better car-buying experience for our clients. I make a point of trying to see our business from the customer’s point of view and encourage our sales staff to treat clients the way they would want to be treated if the roles were reversed. Assisting clients for over 30 years has been very satisfying. It is a great feeling to see a happy client drive off in the automobile of their dreams!

I began my automotive career over 22 years ago, as a car wash attendant at a local Mercedes-Benz dealership. Throughout the years I have advanced through the dealership gaining experience in the Parts Department, Marketing Department and Service Departments, which helps me provide the best assistance possible today. I joined the Rusnak Family in January of 2008 as a Service Advisor for Rusnak Mercedes-Benz, until recently promoted to my current position as Service Manager at Rusnak Service Center for Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Maserati, and Karma. I look forward to many more years here in the Rusnak Family, working with our great team to make each experience enjoyable.
I have dealt with British cars my entire career and with Bentley and Rolls-Royce since 1979. I started with a British Leyland dealer in New York doing a little bit of everything at that dealership and worked my way up from there. I take pride in helping our clients acquire the right parts for their vehicles, whether the vehicle is the latest model or considered a classic.
